Overview

Captivated by crypto? Beguiled by blockchain? Tantalized by technology? The Mastercard Creative Studio is looking for a senior content writer passionate about technology to join our amazing in-house creative team. We’re looking for a talented storyteller and wordsmith with the ability to distill the next big thing into bite-sized copy for an audience of media, analysts, and business decision-makers.

Role

As a senior content writer in the Creative Studio, you’ll work closely with internal team members (designers, videographers, and UI/UX designers) and stakeholders across the company (marketing, product, sales, and thought leaders) to produce a wide variety of content.

You’re a proficient writer with a strong understanding of voice and style and an ability to apply them to complex topics. You’re skilled at writing everything from short, energizing film scripts to thought-provoking, long-form white papers. You understand the importance of meeting deadlines and can manage multiple competing priorities.

You’re a strategic thinker who brings value to every project by approaching it with a curious mind and a journalist’s eye. You know how to ask the right questions and distill the answers down into crisp, compelling copy. You’re always looking for ways to infuse a creative edge into everything you do.

You have a passion or interest in payments and digital technologies, and a willingness to keep up with the latest trends and developments in our industry.

Finally, you have a growth mindset. You’re passionate about skill development, continual learning, and maximizing every opportunity to push yourself and those around you.
