The EEMEA Region is looking for a marketing director to help drive our regional sponsorships strategy forward. The ideal candidate is passionate about passion led sponsorship asset management, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical and a good negotiator
Responsibilities
• Supports VP, Consumer Marketing and Sponsorships to identify the gaps in sponsorship assets and help build a passion driven and impactful sponsorship strategy and portfolio for the region
• Work closely with EEMEA division leaders, central teams and global sponsorship team to generate new business models and revenue via FI and non FI partners
• Foster a great collaborative model with internal stakeholders and teams as well as external partners
• Develop and oversee planning and innovative execution of onsite activation and event delivery of sponsorship events and associated partnerships
• Follows consumer trends and drives content development and ensures that synergies within marketing programs and platforms are leveraged for maximum efficiency and impact via Sponsorship assets
• Works collaboratively with Director, Consumer marketing for an integrated and well-maintained asset monetization via priceless.com
• Supports the development of new best practices to be deployed within EEMEA
• Ensure all sponsorship properties and partnerships and associated agencies follow all internal procedures and compliance and audit requirements.
• Manage asset monetization, budget and payment processing for partnership investments.

• Proven experience in working across cross functional teams inclusive of brand, legal,digital,media, communications and product
• Experience in managing cross functional agency teams
• Financial acumen
• Proven success in project leadership
• Appreciation of all elements of marketing mix, working with various integrated marketing communications teams to develop sponsorship driven programming.
• Experience in team management and ability to influence non directs
• A continuous learner
• Creative thinker-ability to harness elements of passion based assets and access to develop innovative marketing platforms
• Demonstrated collaboration with different internal teams and with a proven track record of successfully partnering with external stakeholders
• Ability to distil and present information to senior audiences
• Strong written and verbal communication/presentation skills
