Focused on thinking big and scaling fast, our agile sales team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base including retailers, airlines, hotels, tourism agencies, public sector entities, restaurants, consumer goods and telecom companies.The RiskRecon Product team is looking for a Cybersecurity Compliance & Threat Intelligence Product Manager to strengthen our product’s security posture and ensure we meet the evolving expectations of our customers and regulatory frameworks. The ideal candidate is deeply knowledgeable about cybersecurity, passionate about security-driven product development, and experienced in working across teams to deliver secure, trusted solutions.
Role
In this security and product-facing position, you will:
• Drive the implementation and ongoing execution of FedRAMP and other regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure security controls are implemented, tested, and meet customer and regulatory expectations.
• Respond to customer security due diligence requests, audits, and risk assessments.
• Participate in the integration of threat intelligence data sources into the RiskRecon platform, in coordination with product, engineering, and security teams.
• Help shape product features to align with threat intelligence capabilities and customer security needs.
All About You
The ideal candidate for this position should:
• Have a strong foundation in cybersecurity principles, security frameworks (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST, ISO), and risk management best practices.
• Be confident working across teams to translate security requirements into actionable product and engineering work.
• Understand how threat intelligence data is structured, sourced, and used by customers for third-party risk evaluation.
• Be skilled in evaluating and communicating the security posture of a system to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Be capable of writing and presenting clearly to customers, auditors, and internal leadership.
• Have experience with security tooling, network scanning, and basic data analysis or scripting (SQL, MongoDB, read JSON formatting) to support investigations and validation.
• Familiarity with customer-facing SaaS product development.
• Experience coordinating with engineering teams on security or data integration work.
• Understanding of threat actor behavior and how intelligence feeds enhance detection and prevention.
• Knowledge of cloud-native architectures and how security applies in those environments.
