Client Impact
• Lead and manage project workstreams across a range of industries and problem statements, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Drive the development and execution of strategies and programs for regional and global clients by leveraging data and technology solutions to unlock client value.
• Collaborate with Mastercard teams to understand clients’ needs, agendas, and risks, and translate them into actionable project plans.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with client analysts and managers, acting as a trusted and reliable partner throughout the project lifecycle.
Team Collaboration & Culture
• Partner with senior project delivery consultants to identify key findings, prepare effective presentations, and deliver strategic recommendations to clients.
• Independently identify issues within defined areas of analysis, structure and synthesize findings, and manage resolution paths.
• Take ownership of internal and client meetings, contributing to and often leading project management activities including planning, coordination, and execution.

• Receive mentorship from consulting leaders to support professional growth and development.
All About You
Basic qualifications
• Undergraduate degree with 2–4 years of full-time experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, business line management, or product management.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects or workstreams, including stakeholder engagement and cross-functional coordination.
• Relevant client or internal stakeholder management experience.
• Logical, structured thinking and strong analytical skills with an affinity for numerical analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks across multiple clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Fluent in both English and German.
• Eligibility to work in the country where you are applying, and ability to obtain travel visas as required.
Preferred qualifications
• Ability to identify problems, brainstorm and analyze solutions, and implement the best course of action.
• Experience managing tasks or workstreams in a collaborative team environment, including coordination with third parties.
• Relevant industry expertise is a plus.
