As a Release Manager and Business Analyst, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing software releases across multiple teams and environments. You will ensure smooth and timely deployments by aligning development, testing, and operations teams, while maintaining high standards for quality, stability, and compliance.

Role
Manage the end-to-end release lifecycle across development, test, and production environments
Coordinate release planning, scheduling, and deployment activities across teams and stakeholders
Ensure all release components meet quality, security, and compliance requirements
Identify and manage release-related risks, dependencies, and issues
Drive the adoption of release automation, CI/CD practices, and standardized deployment processes
Maintain release documentation and provide clear communication on release scope, status, and timelines
Work closely with Change Management to align releases with governance policies
Support incident resolution and post-release reviews to drive continuous improvement

About You :
6 to 9 years of overall career experience into Technology or a similar field
Proven experience in release management or a similar role within software delivery
Experience working as a Business Analyst
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines
A builder of bridges who can identify a route to a solution across a complex environment
A ‘can-do’ and ‘will-do’ attitude
Strong communication, analytical and Stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build cross-functional relationships and to work, under pressure, with different teams and across different countries / cultures.
Solid understanding of software development processes and methodologies
Strong listening, written and verbal communication skills in order to clearly explain complex topics, including drafting technical documents tailored to diverse audience
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on stability, efficiency, and process improvement
Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple releases across complex environments with attention to detail
Familiarity with tools like Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps, or Jira
