Overview
The Mastercard Business Intelligence (MBI) Platform is a global gateway to business insights, thought leadership, and data visualization tools—leveraging clients’ portfolio data. It unifies access to over 30 Mastercard Services solutions through a seamless, personalized user experience. Like a marketplace, users can explore, subscribe to, and interact with services available in their region via a single access point.


The Role
As a Senior Specialist, you will help shape the strategic direction, operations, and continual enhancement of the MBI Platform. You’ll lead product assessments, optimize platform offerings, and align internal stakeholders to ensure MBI evolves with Mastercard’s priorities and client needs.
The role within our Business Intelligence global team involves close collaboration with global teams and regional teams, from different business units.


Key Responsibilities

• Product Assessment & Prioritization
Evaluate new product and expansion requests for strategic alignment and value creation. Recommend prioritization to maximize business impact.

• Offering Management & Opportunity Identification
Oversee the platform's product offering across segments (issuer, acquirer, emerging clients). Identify market gaps, overlaps, and opportunities for enhancement or innovation.

• Distribution & Visibility Strategy
Support development of MBI’s go-to-market and monetization strategies. Help define incentive models to support scalable, sustainable growth.

• Operational Excellence & Quality
Design and improve processes for efficient operations and high service standards. Conduct audits of platform content, UX, and performance. Drive continuous quality improvements.

• Enablement & Strategic Communication
Create and maintain collateral such as onboarding tools, sales decks, and use cases. Develop presentations and briefings tailored to senior stakeholders.

• Stakeholder Engagement & Alignment
Collaborate across teams—product, business, and technical—to ensure alignment and drive internal engagement through clear, consistent communication.


About You

• 3-6 years of relevant work experience, ideally in consulting, with a proven ability to distill complex problems, develop structured solutions, and deliver actionable insights.
• Strong project management skills—able to juggle competing priorities, meet deadlines, and manage ambiguity.
• Experienced in managing global and cross-functional initiatives, with a track record of driving impact across diverse teams.
• Understanding payment technologies, financial services, or business intelligence platforms is a plus.
• A strategic communicator who can bridge business and technical teams, influencing decisions at all levels.
• Skilled in storytelling, presentation tools, and emerging AI productivity platforms.
• Excellent at building relationships and aligning stakeholders across functions and regions.
