Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering; advanced degree is preferred
- 5+ years of post-graduate work experience with a distinctive record of achievement and impact
- Significant experience working on mega CapEx construction projects, project management experience is preferred
- Field-based experience working on projects in one or more of the following industries: oil and gas, mining, energy, chemicals
- In-depth knowledge of continuous improvement programs, i.e., Lean/Six Sigma is desirable
- Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
- Demonstrated aptitude for analytics
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
- Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively
- Willingness to travel up to 80%
