As Office Services Administrator at the Colombo office, you will be an integral part of the India Office Services Team, supporting a variety of administrative and clerical activities that collectively contribute to the functionality and appearance of the office. An integral part of your duties will be to manage the day-to-day operations of the Front desk including serving as the first point of contact for firm members, visitors, and new hires. You will be their primary resource for queries and information.

- Well-groomed with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and local languages
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive in a team environment
- High level of Service orientation
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times demanding environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Word, and Outlook is preferred, along with the ability to learn and adapt to other applications as needed
