Who You'll Work With

You’ll work in our Miramar, New York, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Tampa, Boston or Denver office as part of our global Procurement Department reporting to the Director, Procurement Technology.
As the Principal Product Manager, you will collaborate closely with Responsible Buying and Third Party Risk senior business leaders across the firm to focus on the seamless integration of the category to sourcing to the design, enable, and implement digital solutions, automation, AI, process optimization, and master data management to enhance the firm's third-party (3P) risk management capabilities.
In this role, you will influence the group strategy and are seen as the go-to-person for senior stakeholders across the firm in your area of expertise and coach or mentor other Product Managers.

Your impact within our firm

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products. You will lead the entire journey of a large platform or product area, from its initial conception to its successful delivery and beyond. Your vision and leadership will be instrumental in setting ambitious goals and ensuring alignment with our business objectives and strategic goals.
You will work closely with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams, guiding product managers, designers, and technical talent to deliver innovative, high-impact solutions that drive significant business value. Your ability to define and track clear objectives and key results (OKRs) will ensure that all efforts are aligned with our broader product strategy.
As a catalyst for your team, you will take ownership of the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on value, resources, and dependencies. You will make critical decisions on product direction and scope, continuously coaching and mentoring your teams to maintain alignment with the broader product vision and ensure progress remains on track to meet business goals.
Beyond product development, you will manage the budget for the product portfolio, securing funding and resources for new initiatives while maintaining ongoing operations. Your effective prioritization, cross-functional coordination, and data-driven decision-making will be essential to driving success and achieving key business outcomes. Through your leadership, you will navigate challenges and streamline the decision-making process, ultimately shaping the future of our product offerings

Your qualifications and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • 7+ years of industry experience, ideally with both consulting and product development background
  • Previous digital responsibilities in a Procurement or 3P Risk role
  • Demonstrated ability to set digital strategy & direction
  • Business & finance acumen
  • Product and/or portfolio management
  • Problem solving and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively
  • Ability to communicate effectively–both verbally and in writing–in English as well as the local office language
