Your qualifications and skills
- Undergraduate degree in engineering, management, economics, science or other degree with a quantitative focus
- Experience (internships and/or full-time) in the energy industry; such as oil & gas, power, sustainable fuels, decarbonization, solar grids, etc.
- Experience with modeling capability tools such as Python or R
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Tableau
- Advanced problem-solving skills with a strong aptitude for working with numbers and quantitative models
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and engage with individuals at all organizational levels
- Capacity to excel in a fast-paced, results-driven team setting, demonstrating a steep learning curve and a strong commitment to coaching and development
- Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas in English, both verbally and in writing

Factors like your office location, your unique blend of experience and skills, start date and our current organizational needs all play a part in determining the final figure. Certain roles are also eligible for bonuses, subject to McKinsey's discretion and based on factors such as individual and/or organizational performance.
