Your qualifications and skills
- 4-year university degree in accounting, finance or related discipline
- 7+ years of finance and/or accounting experience
- Excel proficient (pivot tables, IF statements, vlookups, conditional formatting)
- Excellent project management skills; ability to independently prioritize and manage multiple/ambiguous tasks simultaneously
- Collaborates effectively with others; communicates in a clear, persuasive way which resonates with others, to command an audience
- First-rate organizational ability and keen attention to detail
- Experience in a professional services environment, working with various functions and colleagues at all levels preferred
- Deep technical / functional knowledge as relevant (e.g., finance, accounting, audit, cash management, tax), emerging Spike in at least in one area
- Able to inspire, guide, and support peers to achieve goals while managing individual needs and dynamics
