Your Impact

You will be part of our Talent Attraction Operations team in our Poznań center located in Poznań, Poland. The team is a part of the People Operations function that provides operational support to Talent Attraction, Human Resources, and Professional Development within McKinsey.
The team has a broad scope of responsibility across the TA spectrum and is dedicated to supporting delivery and continuous process improvement of various talent attraction teams in Europe and EEMA. You will partner with recruiting managers, recruiters and our counterpart TA Operations teams in Americas and Asia to align on centralized, global TA processes.
You will perform a range of administrative tasks in support of service operations processes. Specific responsibilities may include, but are not limited to – initial screening of applications, scheduling interviews and post-interview decision meetings, gathering availability from candidates and assessors, supporting the organization of events and managing communication with multiple candidates as well as creating reports. You’ll also maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant information in our candidate tracking system and use various recruiting related tools.
Additional scope of the role:
Executes pre-defined / script-based administrative support processes
  • Performs error-free administrative responsibilities on the assigned areas of responsibilities
  • Conducts day-to-day problem solving and process administration
  • Consistently seeks ways to enhance stakeholder satisfaction and operational excellence through a mindset focused on continuous improvement
Organizes, manages, and shares information, including people data
  • Works with data / sensitive information using different systems and tools
  • Acts as first point of contact for queries related to assigned areas of responsibilities / scope of role
  • Proactively searches and shares knowledge, knows when to ask questions, and directs inquiries to the right individuals
  • Ensures accurate data entry in applicant tracking and in case management systems
Supports process excellence
  • Supports project implementation by adopting new processes and identifying opportunities for further improvements
Contributes to people excellence
  • Works collaboratively; supports colleagues in times of heavy workload, provides cover whenever needed
  • Drives personal development needs and identifies ways to address them with support from leadership
  • Proactively creates and develops strong professional relationships with various members of TA and People Operations community

Your qualifications and skills

  • 1+ years of relevant work experience preferably in recruiting or human resources
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills; experience with recruiting tools and programs is preferred
  • Outstanding organizational skills; ability to coordinate multiple streams of work independently
  • Demonstrated initiative, judgment and maturity; ability to handle confidential information
  • Flexibility to deal with ambiguity and last-minute changes; ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Ability to prioritize and look beyond own responsibilities to help team members with urgent deadlines
  • Great attention to detail and a solid customer service orientation
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills; ability to build strong relationships
  • Excellent communication skills
