Junior Delivery Consultant - Orphoz

Your Impact
You will support teams in designing and implementing client's transformation plans and execute wide transformation programs such as operational improvements, KPIs implementation, process improvement, etc.
In this role, you will aid in coordinating and following up on PMO tasks. You will spend your time learning how to prepare and drive implementation projects and coaching clients.
As you gain experience, you will gradually assume responsibility for delivering parts of transformation projects yourself.
You will also contribute to the development of the firm through participation in internal projects.
You will be based in our Paris office as part of Orphoz, where our mission is to carry out the most complex transformation projects for our clients. You will join a team of consultants and transformation execution experts.
In Orphoz, we combine the advantages of a start-up (light hierarchy, autonomy, freedom of expression and initiative) and those of a large group (available resources to develop one’s projects and logistical support).

Your qualifications and skills
- Bachelor’s degree with a strong record of academic achievement
- Previous internship experience in project delivery, project management office (PMO) preferably in consulting, in the context of implementation/transformation/change management projects
- Driven by creating long lasting impact
- Motivation towards the flexibility and agility that is required in a consulting environment
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and French
- Flexibility to travel
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
