Delivery Manager - Orphoz

Job ID: 102502
  • Barcelona
  • Madrid

Do you want to work on complex and pressing challenges—the kind that bring together curious, ambitious, and determined leaders who strive to become better every day? If this sounds like you, you’ve come to the right place.

Your Impact

In this role, you will delegate project workstreams to execute wide transformation programs such as operational improvements, KPIs implementation, process improvement, etc. You will lead the design and implementation of our client´s transformation plans.
You will manage the workshop and implementation content, lead the implementation process stages, as well as lead a project team including consultants and senior clients. You will also coach and motivate your team of consultants and client employees in each project.
You will support team members on their workstreams with the help of project managers. As you gain experience, you will gradually assume responsibility for delivering parts of projects. You will also support team members with client workshops to achieve the project's objectives.
You will contribute to the development of the firm through participation in internal projects and will grow in a stimulating and human environment. You will be based in our Madrid or Barcelona office and will be part of Orphoz, where our mission is to carry out complex transformation projects for our clients. At Orphoz, you can expect a uniquely varied and exciting working environment, as well as the opportunity to work with a talented and dynamic growing team.
At Orphoz, we aspire to help our clients to achieve one of their biggest challenges: making their transformation plans really happen. We exist to deliver lasting impact to our clients.
Orphoz combines the advantages of a start-up (i.e., light hierarchy, autonomy, freedom of expression and initiative) and those of a large group (i.e., available resources to develop one’s projects, logistical support). Everyone is encouraged to bring their stone to a building that is still under construction and where everyone can find their place.
You will enter from day one on an accelerated development path thanks to real support and coaching from directors, who care about frequent interactions and true proximity. Moreover, coaching, mentorship and regular feedback are key in our culture and motivate a personalized support in the development of our teams.

Your Growth

Driving lasting impact and building long-term capabilities with our clients is not easy work. You are the kind of person who thrives in a high performance/high reward culture - doing hard things, picking yourself up when you stumble, and having the resilience to try another way forward.
In return for your drive, determination, and curiosity, we'll provide the resources, mentorship, and opportunities you need to become a stronger leader faster than you ever thought possible. Your colleagues—at all levels—will invest deeply in your development, just as much as they invest in delivering exceptional results for clients. Every day, you'll receive apprenticeship, coaching, and exposure that will accelerate your growth in ways you won’t find anywhere else.
When you join us, you will have:
  • Continuous learning: Our learning and apprenticeship culture, backed by structured programs, is all about helping you grow while creating an environment where feedback is clear, actionable, and focused on your development. The real magic happens when you take the input from others to heart and embrace the fast-paced learning experience, owning your journey.
  • A voice that matters: From day one, we value your ideas and contributions. You’ll make a tangible impact by offering innovative ideas and practical solutions, all while upholding our unwavering commitment to ethics and integrity. We not only encourage diverse perspectives, but they are critical in driving us toward the best possible outcomes.
  • Global community: With colleagues across 65+ countries and over 100 different nationalities, our firm’s diversity fuels creativity and helps us come up with the best solutions for our clients. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to learn from exceptional colleagues with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
  • World-class benefits: On top of a competitive salary (based on your location, experience, and skills), we provide a comprehensive benefits package to enable holistic well-being for you and your family.

Your qualifications and skills

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree with a strong record of academic achievement
  • 6+ years of experience in project management, preferably in consulting, e.g. in a Project Management Office (PMO) in the context of transformation projects
  • Driven by creating long lasting impact, and enjoy working with people to achieve results
