Do you want to work on complex and pressing challenges—the kind that bring together curious, ambitious, and determined leaders who strive to become better every day? If this sounds like you, you’ve come to the right place.

Your Impact

You will implement transformation projects across sectors, ensuring long-term impact delivery.
In this role, you will manage workstreams largely independently, with support of a Delivery or Engagement Manager working with McKinsey colleagues and client teams. As you gain experience, you will gradually assume responsibility for delivering parts of a project.
You will lead junior consultants and clients in your project or workstream and successfully hold client meetings and workshops to achieve the project's objectives. You will grow in a stimulating and human environment where quality of life at work is important.
For more information, visit our website https://www.orphoz.com/
You’ll be based in our office in Warsaw, Budapest or Prague as part of Orphoz Central Europe, where our mission is to carry out large-scale transformation projects for our clients.
With only 1/3 of transformations being successful and sustainable, you will help to change this. At Orphoz, we aspire to help our clients to achieve one of their biggest challenges: making their transformation plans really happen. Our day-to-day work is to support large companies who need to adapt their operating models to the accelerated changes of their environment, by combining agility, sustainable efficiency, and employee engagement.
You can expect a uniquely varied and exciting working environment, as well as the opportunity to work with a talented and growing team. Our work will give you access to multiple levels of our clients' organizations, from the field to the management committees, while supporting them on the projects that are at the heart of their strategic agenda.
From day 1, you will enter an accelerated development path thanks to real support and coaching from your peers and directors, who care about frequent interactions and true proximity. Moreover, coaching, mentoring and regular feedback are key in our culture, and motivate personalized support in the development of our teams.
You will have an active role in the firm's growth. Orphoz combines the advantages of a "start-up" - light hierarchy, autonomy, freedom of expression, and initiative - and those of a large group - available resources to develop one's projects, logistical support. We plan and deliver change projects together with our clients, helping them capture their full potential. We know what determines the success of large projects and what can ensure lasting implementation success. We combine strategic and operational project management, with strong execution skills and an understanding of the specific demands of each industry.

Your Growth

Driving lasting impact and building long-term capabilities with our clients is not easy work. You are the kind of person who thrives in a high performance/high reward culture - doing hard things, picking yourself up when you stumble, and having the resilience to try another way forward.
In return for your drive, determination, and curiosity, we'll provide the resources, mentorship, and opportunities you need to become a stronger leader faster than you ever thought possible. Your colleagues—at all levels—will invest deeply in your development, just as much as they invest in delivering exceptional results for clients. Every day, you'll receive apprenticeship, coaching, and exposure that will accelerate your growth in ways you won’t find anywhere else.
When you join us, you will have:
  • Continuous learning: Our learning and apprenticeship culture, backed by structured programs, is all about helping you grow while creating an environment where feedback is clear, actionable, and focused on your development. The real magic happens when you take the input from others to heart and embrace the fast-paced learning experience, owning your journey.
  • A voice that matters: From day one, we value your ideas and contributions. You’ll make a tangible impact by offering innovative ideas and practical solutions, all while upholding our unwavering commitment to ethics and integrity. We not only encourage diverse perspectives, but they are critical in driving us toward the best possible outcomes.
  • Global community: With colleagues across 65+ countries and over 100 different nationalities, our firm’s diversity fuels creativity and helps us come up with the best solutions for our clients. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to learn from exceptional colleagues with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
