Your qualifications and skills
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or another business-related field; master’s degree is a plus
- Experience in risk management in any industry sector and/or experience in a consultancy (with risk focus) and/or comparable experience in banking, credit risk, collections, fraud, capital markets, crisis management, cyber risk, trading/intermediation with significant exposure to risk (e.g. commodity trading in the energy sector), or contract/asset structuring
- Experience managing people
- Strong natural entrepreneur and comfortable with risk-taking; problem-solving skills and quantitative and analytical thinking capabilities
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel and VBA
- Strong project and change management skill
- Independent self-management skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Capable of executing multiple tasks or projects simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adjust and interact with all levels
- Strong communications skills to facilitate discussions and conduct training
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
