Your Impact

In this role you'll be engaging at a deep level across our clients’ businesses, working in teams to build the capabilities, systems and processes needed to deliver bottom-line results and then ensure those results will be sustained.

On a day-to-day basis, you will lead, coach, and motivate your team of consultants and client employees in each project. Supporting our Orphoz country lead, you will share responsibility for growing and developing our clients and our business and will contribute to implementing Orphoz growth strategy. You will take responsibility for the development of the firm. Additionally, you will represent a sector and/or functional expertise internally and externally, in connection with the corresponding expertise pool at McKinsey.

Your qualifications and skills

Master’s degree with a strong record of academic achievement
12+ years of experience with project management consulting and/or project implementation, in the context of leading transformation projects and leading consulting teams
You are driven by creating long-lasting impact and enjoy leading teams to achieve results
You are experienced in conducting workshops and coaching sessions
As a plus you have functional (e.g lean management, process optimization and agile management) or sector expertise
You enjoy and thrive on the flexibility and agility required in a consulting environment
You are fluent and effective communicating in English (both written and verbal) and the local language
You have flexibility to travel across the country, and wider Europe where required
