Your qualifications and skills
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Metallurgy, Mining Engineering, Materials Science, Economics, or related fields
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in metals, mining, or adjacent industrial sectors; prior consulting experience is an advantage
- Strong understanding of the metals and mining value chain, including exploration, production, refining, recycling, and market economics
- Familiarity with sustainability and decarbonization topics in metals and mining is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of analytical tools (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau, Python) is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a multicultural, fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (written and verbal)
