Senior Site Reliability Engineering Lead

Job ID: 101019

Do you want to work on complex and pressing challenges—the kind that bring together curious, ambitious, and determined leaders who strive to become better every day? If this sounds like you, you’ve come to the right place.

Your Impact

In the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Enablement Team, you’ll play a key role in developing, driving adoption, and supporting the components that power SRE work across the firm. Our mission is simple but powerful: we embed reliability, security, and scalability into products throughout the organization.
We achieve this by strengthening both platforms and teams, enhancing tools and improving practices, so that SREs and product teams can deliver with confidence. We focus on reducing risk without compromising speed, building capabilities that prevent outages while keeping development momentum high. We also set and refine standards that promote consistency and help teams avoid technical debt, ensuring our solutions stand the test of time.
Innovation is part of our DNA, but we pursue it responsibly, adopting new technologies in ways that the broader community can meaningfully absorb and benefit from. Just as importantly, we foster collaboration by leading critical initiatives and enabling contributions from across the ecosystem through inner sourcing.
In essence, we don’t just build—we enable. Our work amplifies the impact of every team we support, cultivating a culture of reliability, shared ownership, and continuous improvement.

Your Growth

You are someone who thrives in a high-performance environment, bringing a growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit to tackle meaningful challenges that have a real impact.
In return for your drive, determination, and curiosity, we’ll provide the resources, mentorship, and opportunities to help you quickly broaden your expertise, grow into a well-rounded professional, and contribute to work that truly makes a difference.
When you join us, you will have:
  • Continuous learning: Our learning and apprenticeship culture, backed by structured programs, is all about helping you grow while creating an environment where feedback is clear, actionable, and focused on your development. The real magic happens when you take the input from others to heart and embrace the fast-paced learning experience, owning your journey.
  • A voice that matters: From day one, we value your ideas and contributions. You’ll make a tangible impact by offering innovative ideas and practical solutions, all while upholding our unwavering commitment to ethics and integrity. We not only encourage diverse perspectives, but they are critical in driving us toward the best possible outcomes.
  • Global community: With colleagues across 65+ countries and over 100 different nationalities, our firm’s diversity fuels creativity and helps us come up with the best solutions. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to learn from exceptional colleagues with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
  • Exceptional benefits: In addition to a competitive salary (based on your location, experience, and skills), we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, mental health, and vision coverage for you, your spouse/partner, and children.

Your qualifications and skills

  • 5+ years of experience in relevant positions exercising stakeholder communication, conflict management, and influence without authority
  • Proficiency in mentoring colleagues and acting as a role model for cross-functional collaboration
  • Hands-on experience in the design and implementation of common security frameworks and standards, including SOC 2, GDPR, ISO27000
  • Understand and challenge architectural decisions across all domains, including Cloud, Networking, Security, Product Development, and Tooling
  • Practical experience with public cloud environments, specifically AWS and either Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and their cloud native services
  • Independently gather and analyze user data to drive informed product decisions, like telemetry and customer feedback. Balance feature development with non-functional requirements such as velocity, reliability, security, and compliance
  • Pragmatic experience with ITIL and able to analyze and (re)design processes for operational excellence
  • Drive product strategy and application of agile methodology to manage roadmaps, releases, and product backlogs
  • Ensure DevSecOps practices are leveraged to enable faster and more reliable iteration
  • Define SLOs/SLIs in collaboration with engineering and business stakeholders and understand their challenges to build reliability-focused enablement features
