Your Impact
You will work closely with 1-2 of our Senior Partners, providing dedicated support, proactively organizing and managing their complex workday and creating meaningful external relations.
You will be in daily contact with national and international colleagues and clients, as well as planning internal and external events. You will work in a warm, caring, and fun work atmosphere in the center of Stockholm with highly motivated professionals as your colleagues.
You will become part of a team of professional and dedicated Executive Assistants, who daily daily support each other through knowledge sharing, giving a helping hand when needed, and cover as backup for each other.
You will proactively manage your Partner’s calendar and travel arrangements, provide broad administrative support, manage incoming communications, and prioritize emails to help organize and leverage time effectively as well as driving ad hoc tasks of various size and complexity. Moreover, you will assist in preparing presentations and materials, ensuring that the material is complete and accurate. Therefore, it is a prerequisite that you have excellent communication skills in both English and Swedish.

Your qualifications and skills
- +2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or from a similar fast-paced and high standard environment
- Customer-oriented mindset and approach: your focus is on how to best support our Partners, clients and colleagues
- Entrepreneurial, highly motivated, have great organizational skills, and you enjoy solving calendar scheduling as well as other administrative tasks
- Reliable, flexible and adaptable to changes, detail-oriented and can handle expenses and timesheets with accuracy and care
- Enjoys working in a dynamic environment with caring colleagues
- Proactive self-starter with a positive can-do attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Efficient in driving improvements and embracing challenges as opportunities for development
- Embodies McKinsey culture, adheres to firm policies, and acts as a role model
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Swedish at native level
