As our Receptionist and Front Office Administrator, you will have the following main responsibilities: You will organize day-to-day operations in the reception, take care of all calls and visitors, and handle a variety of administrative tasks within office services, administration, and finance.
Our opening hours are 08:00–16:00, and you will work 8-hour shifts within this period.
Your position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a service-oriented mindset. You have the personal qualities and motivation to be an enthusiastic member of a close-knit international team in a young, energetic, and creative environment.
You have excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and proven effectiveness when working with vendors and suppliers. You are known for strong communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in written and spoken Scandinavian language and English.
You have proven experience in leading yourself and others, take end-to-end responsibility for assigned tasks, and are proactive in taking on additional responsibilities when needed.
You are a service-minded, reliable, and detail-oriented team player who is flexible, capable of setting priorities under pressure, and committed to the highest quality and service standards.

Your qualifications and skills
- Higher education or relevant experience of 2–5 years
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience from events and/or administrative projects
- Solid experience in computer systems
- Previous experience in administrative tasks, preferably within accounting/finance
- Ability to communicate effectively—both verbally and in writing—in English and Norwegian
