Job ID: 103974
Do you want to work on complex and pressing challenges—the kind that bring together curious, ambitious, and determined leaders who strive to become better every day? If this sounds like you, you’ve come to the right place.
Your Impact
You will be an essential member of our Southeast Asia Client Finance team, based in our Malaysia office, working closely with finance managers, client service leaders, and colleagues across both finance and other administrative functions.
You will be a member of the 7+ analyst, senior analyst, and specialists, reporting to a Southeast Asia Manager of Finance.
In this role, you will work alongside client service teams and industry leadership to manage the economics of our client engagements throughout the full engagement lifecycle—from budgeting and financial set-up to monthly monitoring of revenue and expenses, to billing and accounts receivable. You will also provide variance analysis, forecasting, and make recommendations to drive financial performance. In addition, your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with firm finance policies and local tax requirements, reviewing contract commercial terms and guiding client service teams through the exception approval process when needed, collaborating with client procurement and finance teams on deliverable acceptance, resolving issues, and providing impact calculations or reconciliations to enable billing and supporting local Finance teams and the Corporate Tax team with engagement lifecycle (ELC) aspects of internal, statutory, tax, and audit requirements.
As part of the broader team, you will help to identify areas of opportunities and work closely with leadership to lead/assist with the design and implementation of new financial processes and systems, and streamline existing procedures as needed.
Your role plays a key role in ensuring compliance with firm finance policies. You will be positioned to act as a resource for team members, providing training, coaching and support. Additionally, you will provide ad-hoc analyses and regional/global special project support as needed.
