Your qualifications and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, software engineering, computer science, marketing, STEM, IT project management, or related field. Master's degree in computer science or software engineering is preferred
- Product management certification is nice to have but not required
- 8+ years’ experience preferred with MarTech product management, solutioning, and / or implementation (Adobe, Salesforce, Google, Amazon, Oracle, etc.; Ad products, Media planning)
- Breadth of knowledge across all areas of marketing and advertising technology (Data, Analytics, Email, Website, CRM, Paid media etc.) with depth and hands-on experience in at least one area
- Experience with creating a product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives against value, and facilitating sprint planning and backlog grooming
- Experience leading teams in an Agile setting, leading collaboration across business users, technology enablement, marketing activation, and marketing operations
- Experience with digital products, and the ability to work with in-house teams and external agencies
- Ability to lead an implementation team to set strategic priorities and resolve issues with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Passion to challenge the status quo and find new solutions and drive out of the box ideas – loves and embraces change
- Believes in a non-hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency, safety, and trust
- Not afraid to “roll up the sleeves” and seeks to go outside comfort zone to learn – pushes teams to do the same

Factors like your office location, your unique blend of experience and skills, start date and our current organizational needs all play a part in determining the final figure. Certain roles are also eligible for bonuses, subject to McKinsey's discretion and based on factors such as individual and/or organizational performance.
