Front Office and Office Service Administrator
Job ID: 104618
Do you want to work on complex and pressing challenges—the kind that bring together curious, ambitious, and determined leaders who strive to become better every day? If this sounds like you, you’ve come to the right place.
Your Impact
As our Front Office and Office Service Administrator you will have the following main responsibilities: overseeing day-to-day operations in reception and attending to a variety of administrative tasks within office services, administration and finance.
You will perform various tasks on-site and keep a welcoming and organized reception and office space. You will also provide various support services to visitors and colleagues.
You will work together with our receptionist to maintain and manage the meeting rooms and coordinate reservations to ensure smooth communication with clients.
You will establish and adjust security rules for office access, manage visitor entry, and issue and manage security badges for colleagues.
You will manage mail, packages, and international deliveries, and play an important role in delivering documents and items to colleagues working externally. This includes IT equipment, which also needs to be managed in inventory.
You will support colleagues in smaller IT-related matters and maintain the technical equipment for our meeting rooms and offices.
You will print (and bind) documents directly in the office based on requests from colleagues. If needed, you will also send printing requests to an external vendor.
You will also provide backup support for the receptionist when needed.
Our opening hours are 08:00-17:00 and you will be working 8-hour shifts within this timeframe.
You’ll work in our Helsinki office as part of our Firm Service Personnel group.
You will work with professionals in a fast-paced environment, providing our colleagues and clients with highest levels of quality and service.
Your Growth
You are someone who thrives in a high-performance environment, bringing a growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit to tackle meaningful challenges that have a real impact.
In return for your drive, determination, and curiosity, we’ll provide the resources, mentorship, and opportunities to help you quickly broaden your expertise, grow into a well-rounded professional, and contribute to work that truly makes a difference.
When you join us, you will have:
