Your Impact

You will be a member of the Regulatory Programs pillar, which is responsible for building and enhancing E&C programs to ensure that our Firm adheres to regulatory requirements.
In this role, you be part of our E&C team managing our global Privacy Compliance program and will help administer and operationalize our global Privacy Compliance program. You will be working closely with all E&C Privacy team members to execute initiatives for our global Privacy Compliance program (e.g., training, knowledge efforts) to ensure stakeholders within our firm comply with applicable policies, standards, and procedures.
You will collect materials, assist with content development, and execute training and awareness campaigns to educate our firm members about privacy standards and expectations. Additionally, you will conduct research and maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulatory developments and changes, enforcement actions, innovative technologies and industry trends, tools, and best practices. Moreover, you will collect data and prepare reports on privacy matters, related risks, and potential remediation plans in alignment with your team members for our firm’s leadership.
Lastly, you will support the administration and help conduct privacy risk assessments and data mapping activities.
As part of our E&C Privacy team, you will be based in Gurgaon, Chennai or Bangalore

Your qualifications and skills

  • Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree(s) and/ or applicable professional certifications (e.g., Juris Doctor or CPA) preferred
  • 3+ years of professional experience in ethics, compliance, risk, legal, and/or governance in a large, multinational organization preferred
  • Experience in design and implementation of a global privacy compliance program, championing privacy compliance by design
  • Working knowledge of privacy and data-protection regimes in the US, EU, China, and other jurisdictions, including GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and PIPL is a plus
  • Demonstrates an entrepreneurial mindset to progress on ambiguous problems and see them through to resolution
  • Experience with Auditboard or OneTrust is preferred
  • Outstanding Microsoft Office skills and ability to work with Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft tools.
  • Builds trust-based relationships with leaders within and outside of the team; collaborates generously with others and is sought after as a key thought partner. Fosters a collaborative, respectful, and inclusive environment for all colleagues
  • Exhibits highest levels of discretion and judgment in safeguarding confidential materials
  • Strong analytical, issue-spotting and problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to handle complex, sensitive issues
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments by confidently managing ambiguity, working independently, and prioritizing deadlines effectively with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Outstanding English written and oral communication skills, including clear and concise writing and editorial skills and excellent listening skills
