Your Impact

As a Change Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving measurable change outcomes by fostering adoption, engagement, and mindset shifts across Visual Graphics & Media (VG&M) and our organization.
You will focus on managing the people side of change, ensuring that business processes, systems, and technologies, are embraced effectively. Your ability to collaborate with stakeholders, define success metrics, and create impactful resources will enable sustainable change and deliver tangible results.
As a Change Management Specialist, you will lead impactful initiatives that drive organizational success. In this role, you will design and implement strategies to address process improvements, cultural shifts, and behavioral changes needed to achieve business goals. You will lead adoption efforts to maximize engagement, minimize resistance, and accelerate value creation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful rollouts.
Key responsibilities include developing engaging materials, facilitating workshops and roadshows, and leveraging data insights to inform strategies and enhance the change experience. Owning the end-to-end change journey, you will align initiatives with business objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.

Your qualifications and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in communication, journalism/public relations, marketing, business, or related field is a plus
  • 3+ years of professional experience in change management (Influence Model, ProSci ADKAR or other certification is a plus)
  • Proven ability to drive change outcomes through measurable impact and expertise in creating resources and strategies that enable adoption and foster collaboration
  • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and value delivery
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, strong problem-solver, emerging strong judgement, strategic thinking
  • Ability to create a strong reputation and credibility with organizational stakeholders and with customer teams
  • Excellent ability to collaboratively work with diverse stakeholder groups with exceptional listening and syndication skills
  • Flexibility to travel, attend events as required and to work, if needed outside of standard office hours
  • Exceptional English communication skills with proven ability to create clear, concise, and impactful messages for a broad range of audiences
