Your Impact
As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you will join the Managed Cloud Services (MCS) group under Secure Foundations, a team responsible for building, securing, and operating IT infrastructure and applications.
You’ll collaborate with a global team of skilled engineers to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of cloud and identity access management (IAM) platforms. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, platform engineers, and product owners, to optimize system performance and drive innovation.
In this role, you will have a significant impact by managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure and SaaS platforms that support critical business applications and services. Your work will include monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, implementing automation, and ensuring compliance with security and audit requirements. You’ll also lead discussions with stakeholders, analyze trends, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.

Your qualifications and skills
- 3+ years of relevant experience with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to troubleshoot complex issues and propose effective solutions
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace and CloudWatch
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, for automation and data analysis
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS) and their services
- Familiarity of IAM concepts such as SSO, authentication, authorization, privileged access management and identity governance
- Knowledge of networking principles and protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Understanding of security principles and best practices in operational environments
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems, particularly GitHub (e.g., repositories, pull requests)
