Knowledge Analyst - Procurement
Job ID: 104756
Do you want to work on complex and pressing challenges—the kind that bring together curious, ambitious, and determined leaders who strive to become better every day? If this sounds like you, you’ve come to the right place.
Your Impact
You will be a core member of the Procurement Hub, with responsibilities that include driving specific category workstreams on client engagements, often under the guidance of subject matter experts, as well as developing cutting-edge knowledge in the procurement domain.
In this role, you will support client service teams by delivering key insights on procurement-related topics, such as spend analysis, total cost of ownership (TCO) and cleansheet costing, contract analysis, supplier identification, savings opportunity identification, sourcing strategy development, RFQ management and analysis, negotiation strategy development, and tracking mechanism implementation.
Additionally, you will contribute to client proposals and business development efforts by bringing relevant expertise and capabilities to client discussions. Your role requires travel to client locations within or outside Korea, and you will be based in our Korea office as part of the Procurement Hub.
Procurement is a rapidly growing service line that helps organizations achieve competitive advantage by building world-class purchasing and supply management capabilities. Our focus is on delivering sustainable impact, which we measure through total value capture. This includes end-to-end optimization across strategic sourcing, global sourcing, supplier collaboration and innovation, procure-to-pay processes, organizational design, and capability building.
Our client engagements span a wide range of industries, including but not limited to Automotive and Assembly, Basic Materials, Consumer Goods, Retail, Pharmaceuticals, and Travel, Transport & Logistics. Over the past five years, we have successfully completed more than 2,300 procurement engagements globally across various industries.
Your Growth
Driving lasting impact and building long-term capabilities with our clients is not easy work. You are the kind of person who thrives in a high performance/high reward culture - doing hard things, picking yourself up when you stumble, and having the resilience to try another way forward.
In return for your drive, determination, and curiosity, we'll provide the resources, mentorship, and opportunities you need to become a stronger leader faster than you ever thought possible. Your colleagues—at all levels—will invest deeply in your development, just as much as they invest in delivering exceptional results for clients. Every day, you'll receive apprenticeship, coaching, and exposure that will accelerate your growth in ways you won’t find anywhere else.
When you join us, you will have:

You’ll make a tangible impact by offering innovative ideas and practical solutions, all while upholding our unwavering commitment to ethics and integrity. We not only encourage diverse perspectives, but they are critical in driving us toward the best possible outcomes.
- Global community: With colleagues across 65+ countries and over 100 different nationalities, our firm’s diversity fuels creativity and helps us come up with the best solutions for our clients. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to learn from exceptional colleagues with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
