Do you want to work on complex and pressing challenges—the kind that bring together curious, ambitious, and determined leaders who strive to become better every day? If this sounds like you, you’ve come to the right place.

Your Impact

You will be responsible for the comprehensive management of McKinsey's own executive vehicle fleet, ensuring efficient processes for acquisition, maintenance, document control, cost management, and meeting user demands, with a focus on quality, safety, and legal compliance.
This includes the acquisition, renewal, and sale of vehicles, as well as the coordination of maintenance, documentation, and cost control. You will play a critical role in delivering seamless and premium experience for senior leadership, ensuring that all processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with the highest standards of quality and safety.
In this role, you will lead negotiations with dealerships, armoring companies, and service providers to secure the best commercial terms and ensure timely delivery of vehicles that meet specifications. You will also manage all aspects of vehicle documentation, including licensing, transfers, and registrations, while maintaining compliance with legal requirements. You will also be responsible for arranging preventive and corrective maintenance with specialized suppliers, and you will oversee insurance claims, warranties, and vehicle history to ensure smooth operations.
A key part of your responsibilities will involve developing and tracking performance indicators, preparing actionable management reports, and driving continuous improvement in fleet operations. You will also provide direct operational support to executives, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.

You are someone who thrives in a high-performance environment, bringing a growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit to tackle meaningful challenges that have a real impact.
In return for your drive, determination, and curiosity, we’ll provide the resources, mentorship, and opportunities to help you quickly broaden your expertise, grow into a well-rounded professional, and contribute to work that truly makes a difference.
