Your Impact

In this role you will be responsible for analyzing telemetry data from our games using Python and R and transforming raw telemetry data into meaningful scoring opportunities.
In addition to supporting our scoring, you will be responsible for generating analytical reports explaining those scores. To accomplish these collaborative tasks, our data scientists work with a team of game designers, engineers, product specialists, cognitive scientists and psychometricians.
To be successful in your role you will need expertise in data cleaning, data analysis, machine learning, and visualization techniques. Writing performant code that can be deployed in a live environment is essential.

Your qualifications and skills

  • Undergraduate degree required; advanced graduate degree (e.g., MBA, PhD, etc.) or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Python and R: Strong experience in developing and debugging Python and R scripts
  • Statistical Analysis: Strong understanding of statistical methods and their applications, including hypothesis testing and regression analysis
  • Predictive Modeling: Ability to develop, validate, and implement predictive models to forecast future trends
  • Database Expertise: Strong proficiency in SQL and PostgreSQL for effective data management and analysis
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to derive actionable insights from complex data sets
  • Collaboration Skills: Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions
  • Effective Remote Working: Proven track record of delivering outcomes on a remote and distributed team
