Your qualifications and skills
- 8+ years supporting senior level executives
- Client oriented; emerging leadership mindset
- Comfortable with ambiguity and change, exhibiting agility, flexibility and adaptability
- Proactive and confident in taking initiative; independence and ownership of tasks, ability to work autonomously
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated sound judgement in difficult situations, comfortable making decisions
- Effective workload planning and task execution; high level of attention to detail
- Openness to new solutions and emerging innovative mindset
- Relationship building; team player mentality; drive to develop self and others
- Demonstrating McKinsey values as a role model to the community
- Very strong written and verbal communication across audiences
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds on a daily basis
