Your Impact

Day-to-day, you will be supporting the coordination of activities and communications with our internal teams in our San Jose office.
In this role, you will work with our internal teams to draft and produce communications based on their organizational needs. You will draft emails, scripts, posters, presentations and/or other documents to reach strategic targets and goals.
You will be involved in our event planning efforts where you will help organize key events. You will assist in managing the different stages of an event, coordinating with vendors, creating communication materials, among others.
You will provide support for spokespersons in developing their content and materials and will help with the operational coordination of speeches. Part of your role will focus on internal communication where you will support internal newsletters, internal communications campaigns, and internal events.
