Do you want to work on complex and pressing challenges—the kind that bring together curious, ambitious, and determined leaders who strive to become better every day? If this sounds like you, you’ve come to the right place.

Your Impact

As the EEMA Director of Client Service Risk, you will play a leadership role in enabling client service and innovation in a way which manages risks to our clients, people, and the firm.
You will lead a team of advisory and operations professionals who manage client service risks across our offices in the Middle East, Africa, Turkey & Central Asia. You will be responsible for ensuring that the team delivers excellence in their risk assessments and operations, while fostering a collaborative and supportive team culture.
You will advise Partners, wider regional leaders, and the Client Service Risk Committee (CSRC) – a group of Senior Partners who provide guidance on complex and strategic risks – on the most complex and high-profile client service risks across the region. This will involve integrating insights from various functions, including reputational, legal, regulatory, strategic, technology, and geopolitical risk areas.
You will also focus on improving and optimizing the team’s operations. This includes aligning team capabilities with the global Client Service Risk (CSR) strategy and deploying AI and new ways of working, to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
As part of the global CSR leadership team, you will contribute to the development of global risk policies, pilot new systems and processes, and advise global leadership—including the firm’s Executive Committee (Enablement Team) and Board of Directors (Shareholders Council)—on strategic risk topics in the region.
Your role requires sound judgment, problem-solving skills, and strong written and verbal communication abilities. Success in this position will depend on your ability to collaborate effectively, maintain integrity, and build trust. You will be seen as an advisor to Partners and a representative of the CSRC’s dual mission to support client service while managing risks to the firm.
Your role reports to the Senior Director of Client Service Risk, EEMA (Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa), and the Global Director of Client Service Risk.
