Do you want to work on complex and pressing challenges—the kind that bring together curious, ambitious, and determined leaders who strive to become better every day? If this sounds like you, you’ve come to the right place.

Your Impact

As an Engagement Manager (EM), you will play a critical role in leading client engagements end to end and helping organizations achieve step-change improvements in performance.
You will own the day-to-day leadership and execution of client projects, typically leading teams of 3–5 consultants, guiding problem solving, ensuring high-quality delivery, and developing your team through continuous coaching and feedback.
Your engagements will vary in scope and duration—from short, focused strategy/diagnostics (around 3 months) to longer, multi-phase transformations (up to 18 months). You will make an important contribution to the analysis, design, and implementation of business performance approaches, developing tailor-made solutions and working closely with clients to ensure positive impact and sustainable results.
This role requires a strong on-site presence (4–5 days per week) and may involve working from client headquarters or manufacturing plants, depending on the nature of the work.
You will have the opportunity to build on your proven leadership skills and leverage your interest in inspiring others, building strong relationships, and creating a true followership. In a collaborative team setting, you'll work closely with others but also autonomously with little direction. Your superior analytical, quantitative and conceptual thinking skills and strong interpersonal and communication skills will ensure successful client projects and team performance.
Client project work typically includes gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing recommendations for presentation to client management. From there, you will implement those recommendations with client team members.
You will serve as the primary day-to-day client owner, managing senior stakeholders and driving alignment; leading hypothesis-driven problem solving from first principles, sometimes in unfamiliar industries or contexts; designing and implement operations-led transformation initiatives, ensuring measurable impact and sustainability; translating complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations and support clients through execution; coaching team members and providing timely, structured feedback.

Your Growth

Driving lasting impact and building long-term capabilities with our clients is not easy work. You are the kind of person who thrives in a high performance/high reward culture - doing hard things, picking yourself up when you stumble, and having the resilience to try another way forward.
In return for your drive, determination, and curiosity, we'll provide the resources, mentorship, and opportunities you need to become a stronger leader faster than you ever thought possible. Your colleagues—at all levels—will invest deeply in your development, just as much as they invest in delivering exceptional results for clients. Every day, you'll receive apprenticeship, coaching, and exposure that will accelerate your growth in ways you won’t find anywhere else.
When you join us, you will have:
  • Continuous learning: Our learning and apprenticeship culture, backed by structured programs, is all about helping you grow while creating an environment where feedback is clear, actionable, and focused on your development. The real magic happens when you take the input from others to heart and embrace the fast-paced learning experience, owning your journey.
  • A voice that matters: From day one, we value your ideas and contributions. You’ll make a tangible impact by offering innovative ideas and practical solutions, all while upholding our unwavering commitment to ethics and integrity. We not only encourage diverse perspectives, but they are critical in driving us toward the best possible outcomes.
  • Global community: With colleagues across 65+ countries and over 100 different nationalities, our firm’s diversity fuels creativity and helps us come up with the best solutions for our clients. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to learn from exceptional colleagues with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
  • World-class benefits: On top of a competitive salary (based on your location, experience, and skills), we provide a comprehensive benefits package to enable holistic well-being for you and your family.

Your qualifications and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree with a consistent record of academic excellence. MBA is mandatory, preferably from a top-tier institution
  • 6+ years of business management or consulting experience in a reputed organization
  • Proven track record of high performance and significant achievements in previous roles
  • Deep knowledge and experience in industries such as Chemicals, Industrials, Consumer, FMCG, and Energy
  • Exposure to high-talent organizations or programs (e.g., business excellence programs, young leader programs, or scholar programs) is a plus.
  • Experience in operations-focused domains such as strategy, manufacturing, supply chain, or procurement
  • Experience in designing and executing operations or performance transformations. Exposure to analytics-enabled or technology-driven transformations is preferred
  • Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong initiative and willingness to take personal risks, as evidenced by leadership roles in professional or extracurricular activities
  • Ability to operate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including senior executives
  • Strong people leadership capability, with experience coaching and a track record of creating opportunities for others
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively
