Do you want to work on complex and pressing challenges—the kind that bring together curious, ambitious, and determined leaders who strive to become better every day? If this sounds like you, you’ve come to the right place.

Your Impact

You will implement transformation projects across sectors, ensuring long-term impact delivery.
In this role, you will support leadership and client teams in workstreams; as you gain experience, you will gradually assume responsibility for managing workstreams largely independently.
You will support client meetings and workshops to achieve the project's objectives together. You will contribute to the development of the firm through participation in internal projects. You will grow in a stimulating and human environment where quality of life at work is important.
You’ll be based in our office in Bucharest as part of Orphoz Central Europe, where our mission is to carry out the most complex transformation projects for our clients.
With only 1/3 of transformations being successful and sustainable, you will help to change this. At Orphoz, we aspire to help our clients to achieve one of their biggest challenges: making their transformation plans really happen. Our day-to-day work is to support large private sector clients who need to adapt their operating models to accelerated changes of their environment, by combining agility, sustainable efficiency, and employee engagement.
You can expect a uniquely varied and exciting working environment, as well as the opportunity to work with a talented and dynamic growing team. Your work will give you access to multiple levels of our clients' organizations, from the field to the management committees, while supporting them on the projects that are at the heart of their strategic agenda.
From day 1, you will enter an accelerated development path thanks to real support and coaching from your peers and directors who care about frequent interactions and true proximity. Moreover, coaching, mentoring and regular feedback are key in our culture, and motivate personalized support in the development of our teams. You will have an active role in the firm's growth. Orphoz combines the advantages of a "start-up" - light hierarchy, autonomy, freedom of expression, and initiative - and those of a large group - available resources to develop one's projects, logistical support.
We plan and deliver business transformation / business change projects together with our clients, helping them capture their full potential. We know what determines the success of large projects and what can ensure lasting implementation success. We combine strategic and operational project management, with strong execution skills and an understanding of the specific demands of each industry. We measure our success by achieving the goals we set with our clients.

Your Growth

Driving lasting impact and building long-term capabilities with our clients is not easy work. You are the kind of person who thrives in a high performance/high reward culture - doing hard things, picking yourself up when you stumble, and having the resilience to try another way forward.
In return for your drive, determination, and curiosity, we'll provide the resources, mentorship, and opportunities you need to become a stronger leader faster than you ever thought possible. Your colleagues—at all levels—will invest deeply in your development, just as much as they invest in delivering exceptional results for clients. Every day, you'll receive apprenticeship, coaching, and exposure that will accelerate your growth in ways you won’t find anywhere else.
When you join us, you will have:
  • Continuous learning: Our learning and apprenticeship culture, backed by structured programs, is all about helping you grow while creating an environment where feedback is clear, actionable, and focused on your development. The real magic happens when you take the input from others to heart and embrace the fast-paced learning experience, owning your journey.
  • A voice that matters: From day one, we value your ideas and contributions. You’ll make a tangible impact by offering innovative ideas and practical solutions, all while upholding our unwavering commitment to ethics and integrity. We not only encourage diverse perspectives, but they are critical in driving us toward the best possible outcomes.
  • Global community: With colleagues across 65+ countries and over 100 different nationalities, our firm’s diversity fuels creativity and helps us come up with the best solutions for our clients. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to learn from exceptional colleagues with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
  • World-class benefits: On top of a competitive salary (based on your location, experience, and skills), we provide a comprehensive benefits package to enable holistic well-being for you and your family.

Your qualifications and skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or Engineering, with a strong academic record
  • 1+ year experience in project delivery and project management / PMO implementation, preferably in a consulting environment
  • Industry background in Banking, Energy (Oil & Gas, Exploration & Production, Natural Gas), or Telecommunications
  • Functional experience with AI-related solutions (e.g., analytics, automation, AI-enabled tools) is a plus
  • Proven experience in business transformation or business change initiatives, such as capability building, digital transformation, transformation office setup and execution, operational excellence, turnaround execution, finance transformation, or supply chain transformation
  • Private-sector industry experience is desirable, including FIG (financial services, insurance) and GEM sectors such as Mining, Industrials, or FMCG
  • Strong, pragmatic problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a flexible and agile consulting environment
  • Hybrid working model, with flexibility to travel as required
