Your Impact

You’ll join our office as part of the Managed Cloud Services (MCS) group under Secure Foundations. This group is responsible for building, securing, and operating the IT infrastructure and applications.
You’ll work with a global team of skilled engineers across time zones (India, Costa Rica) responsible for maintaining and improving our Windows and Linux environments across AWS, Azure, and On-Prem systems, while supporting 24x7 operational stability through incident, change, and problem management. Your role provides a great opportunity to grow technical depth in infrastructure operations, cloud technologies, and security compliance, working alongside experienced engineers in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer I, you will provide 24x7 operational support for enterprise infrastructure as well as Public Cloud Platforms in AWS and Azure. You will manage the OS lifecycle for Windows and Linux environments, including patching, Vulnerability management, upgrades, OS standardization, migrations, and decommissioning activities. Your responsibilities will include monitoring service availability, troubleshooting issues, implementing automation, and ensuring compliance with security and audit requirements.

When you join us, you will have:

You’ll make a tangible impact by offering innovative ideas and practical solutions, all while upholding our unwavering commitment to ethics and integrity. We not only encourage diverse perspectives, but they are critical in driving us toward the best possible outcomes.
  • Global community: With colleagues across 65+ countries and over 100 different nationalities, our firm’s diversity fuels creativity and helps us come up with the best solutions. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to learn from exceptional colleagues with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
  • Exceptional benefits: On top of a competitive salary (based on your location, experience, and skills), we provide a comprehensive benefits package to enable holistic well-being for you and your family.

Your qualifications and skills

  • 2+ years of experience with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to troubleshoot complex issues and propose effective solutions
  • Hands-on knowledge of Windows/Linux administration and Virtualization
