Your Impact

You will work on key issues and deep dive into digital operations, involving technological solutions for manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, product development and more.
In this role, you will go beyond the usual buzzwords and focus on where and how digital and analytics bring real added value to companies in their individual and concrete situation. You will run the processes and equipment. You will help to continuously improve current Innovation and Learning Center (ILC) learning environment and curriculum, serving as a workshop facilitator for ILC shop floor content.
With your creative ideas and knowledge, you will help drive and create innovative solutions for clients. You will lead preparation and delivery of workshops. Lastly, you will problem-solve with consultants and help create opportunities and develop a strong pipeline for the deployment of ILC to deliver distinctive value to clients and Learning Center (ILC) team.

The ILC São Paulo will showcase the future of digital operations and provide end-to-end training on digital capabilities that drive bottom-line impact. Your qualifications and skills

  • Current student pursuing a degree in engineering or related area; expected graduation date between December 2026 and July 2027
  • Demonstrated outstanding academic performance and an aptitude for analytics
  • Interest in Industry 4.0, IoT and digital manufacturing
  • Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills; ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis
  • Track record of initiative and creativity
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment with people
  • Strong commitment to excellence and personal and professional growth
  • Capability to drive an independent workstream in the context of a broader team project
  • Comfort with ambiguous, ever-changing situations
  • Strong record of initiative-taking and leadership in a work setting and/or extracurricular activities
  • Ability to grasp and communicate complex ideas clearly
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese; fluency in Spanish is a plus
