Your Impact
You will provide support for internal consultants to get their business technology up and running as quickly as possible. You will also be responsible for delivering premium IT support to colleagues and resolving complex technical problems through email, phone, and chat channels.
Troubleshooting issues with Mac and Windows OS, standard IT applications (e.g., Office 365), network connectivity, mobile technologies, and hardware related to laptops and mobile phones is also core to this role.
You will troubleshoot and resolve a wide variety of IT needs via email, chat, and phone while working in a global team with a strong client-first mindset. Collaborating with peers, taking ownership of problems through completion, building trusted relationships, and continuously developing your technical and soft skills are all expectations of your role. Taking initiative to resolve issues and grow within the IT support environment is also required.

Your qualifications and skills
- High school diploma
- No prior experience required, interest in IT support preferred
- Ability to use technology with minimal support (e.g., configuring Microsoft Windows workstation, setting up a home network using WiFi). Basic understanding of Windows operating systems.
- Consistent and predictable in-person/in-office working hours are essential to this role. After formal return-from-remote integration, there may be opportunity for hybrid work in accordance with the team’s operating model
- Strong customer service orientation, good oral communication skills, and ability to work effectively as a team player
