  • Hanoi
  • Jakarta
  • Kuala Lumpur
  • Manila
  • Singapore City

Do you want to work on complex and pressing challenges—the kind that bring together curious, ambitious, and determined leaders who strive to become better every day? If this sounds like you, you’ve come to the right place.

Your Impact

As the Manager of Administration for Southeast Asia, you will be based in one of our Southeast Asia locations — Singapore, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, Hanoi or Manila — leading our Assistants and Office Services functions.
In this role, you'll oversee both functions in executing an array of daily operational activities as well as specific projects/initiatives while collaborating with our Consulting, Client Strategy, Finance, People, External Relations, and Legal colleagues.
As an administrative leader, you will help lead the Assistants and Office Services functions in our Southeast Asia locations. Your role involves setting an example of client-focused, professional excellence and being ready to get hands-on when needed. You will connect with firm colleagues regionally/globally and bring best practices, ideas, and innovations into the different teams and to the office.
You will take part in strategic discussions and collaborate with office leaders to design support strategies, setting priorities, and continuous improvements. You will help them align with the firm's networks, processes, and policies, introducing best practices to ensure smooth service and project delivery.
You will oversee daily operations of Assistants and Office Services, working closely with team leaders and coordinators across Southeast Asia. You will promote collaboration and innovation within and across teams by breaking silos and encouraging cross-team collaboration. You will also handle staffing, including recruiting, developing, coaching, and evaluating team members.
You will develop and manage annual budgets, and when relevant, you will manage relationships with external vendors, negotiate contracts, and oversee budgets and expenditures for various functions and departments.
You need to be able to shift your priorities and attention based on the changing needs of the office, and you should enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Your Growth

You are someone who thrives in a high-performance environment, bringing a growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit to tackle meaningful challenges that have a real impact.
In return for your drive, determination, and curiosity, we’ll provide the resources, mentorship, and opportunities to help you quickly broaden your expertise, grow into a well-rounded professional, and contribute to work that truly makes a difference.
When you join us, you will have:
  • Continuous learning: Our learning and apprenticeship culture, backed by structured programs, is all about helping you grow while creating an environment where feedback is clear, actionable, and focused on your development. The real magic happens when you take the input from others to heart and embrace the fast-paced learning experience, owning your journey.

You’ll make a tangible impact by offering innovative ideas and practical solutions, all while upholding our unwavering commitment to ethics and integrity. We not only encourage diverse perspectives, but they are critical in driving us toward the best possible outcomes.
  • Global community: With colleagues across 65+ countries and over 100 different nationalities, our firm’s diversity fuels creativity and helps us come up with the best solutions. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to learn from exceptional colleagues with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
  • Exceptional benefits: On top of a competitive salary (based on your location, experience, and skills), we provide a comprehensive benefits package to enable holistic well-being for you and your family.
