Your Impact

As an asset leader, you will partner directly with senior investors, c-suite executives, and internal leadership teams to help shape our strategy and build our holistic approach to client experience.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage with a wide array of clients across industries and will have access to McKinsey’s world class training programs and experts to develop deep transformation expertise and best-in-class business acumen. You will help to shape our processes, lead our organization and drive awareness and adoption of our services.

Driving internal and external usage, you will solicit feedback to guide product development, working closely with the platform & technology team, including revenue enablement, product managers, designers, development operations, marketing, and our broader consulting teams.

Your qualifications and skills

Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of experience in a relevant field
Experience with marketing technologies and account-based content strategy
Start up, growth experience preferred
Demonstration of entrepreneurial mindset; excitement to build a team and culture
Strong project management and team leadership capabilities
Excellent collaboration, people leadership experience and stakeholder management skills
Highly effective communicator; able to translate complex technical and non-technical topics to stakeholders and client peers
