Your Impact

As a Delivery Manager, you will lead the implementation of large-scale transformation programs, ensuring strategic priorities are translated into concrete actions and sustainable results. You will work closely with senior client leaders to drive delivery, manage complex stakeholder environments, and ensure initiatives achieve their intended operational and financial impact.
In this role, you will drive overall program execution by monitoring transformation progress, anticipating risks, and ensuring timely corrective actions are implemented to keep initiatives on track.
You’ll translate strategic priorities into actionable implementation roadmaps and operational initiatives, while ensuring strong governance and performance tracking mechanisms are in place.
You will oversee project delivery by monitoring progress across workstreams, ensuring alignment among stakeholders, and guiding teams in identifying information sources, conducting analyses, and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
You’ll coach and support team members in developing practical solutions and addressing implementation challenges, while fostering strong collaboration with clients and colleagues.
You will play an active role in strengthening the firm’s implementation capabilities by sharing learnings from transformation programs and contributing to the development of internal knowledge and best practices.
You will also shape your own development journey by working closely with senior partners and leaders, contributing to impactful transformation programs across industries such as financial institutions, public sector, and operations-focused environments.

Your qualifications and skills

  • Undergraduate degree in business, economics, engineering or a related field with an outstanding academic record
  • 6+ years of consulting/business experience, with a clear record of achievements and proven drive for personal growth; international experience is a plus
  • Previous experience within the GEM (Global Energy & Materials) sector or equivalent industry exposure is a plus
  • Ability to successfully manage and deliver small – medium sized projects
  • Superior problem solving and relationship building skills, including a demonstrated high level of client service commitment
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with people across all levels of an organization
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Language fluency skills to communicate complex ideas effectively in English and Arabic
  • Willingness to travel
