Your Impact
As a Senior Delivery Manager, you will lead the end-to-end implementation of large-scale transformation programs, working closely with senior client executives to translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives and deliver measurable, sustainable impact.
You will oversee complex transformation portfolios, coordinating multiple workstreams and guiding teams through structured problem solving, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on implementation to achieve program objectives.
In this role, you will ensure successful program delivery by establishing strong governance structures, monitoring overall transformation progress, anticipating risks, and driving timely corrective actions to maintain momentum and deliver results.
You’ll translate strategic priorities into comprehensive implementation roadmaps and operational initiatives, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and functions while maintaining a clear focus on value delivery.
You will guide teams in identifying information sources, conducting analyses, and synthesizing insights to inform decision making, while ensuring that progress and outcomes are clearly communicated to senior client stakeholders.
You’ll mentor and develop consultants and delivery managers, supporting them in solving complex implementation challenges and fostering a collaborative, high-performance team environment.
You will also play a key role in strengthening the firm’s implementation capabilities by codifying lessons learned from transformation programs, contributing to knowledge development, and supporting the growth of delivery teams.
In addition, you will shape your own development by working closely with senior partners and leaders on high-impact transformation programs across sectors such as financial institutions, public sector, and operations-driven environments.

Your qualifications and skills
- Undergraduate degree in business, economics, engineering or a related field with an outstanding academic record
- 8+ years of consulting/business experience, with a clear record of achievements and proven drive for personal growth; international experience is a plus
- Previous experience within the GEM (Global Energy & Materials) sector or equivalent industry exposure is a plus
- Ability to successfully manage and deliver small – medium sized projects
- Superior problem solving and relationship building skills, including a demonstrated high level of client service commitment
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with people across all levels of an organization
- Expertise in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Language fluency skills to communicate complex ideas effectively in English and Arabic
- Willingness to travel
