As a Talent Attraction Administrator you will take ownership over a wide range of administrative tasks in support of Talent Attraction Operations and processes.

Your Impact

You will be responsible for the initial screening of applications, managing communication with multiple candidates, gathering availability from candidates and assessors, scheduling interviews and post-interview decision meetings, supporting the organization of events and creating reports.
You’ll also maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant information in our candidate tracking system and use various recruiting tools. Your work will help achieve hiring targets and strengthen our employer brand through maintaining internal and external hiring policies, providing outstanding candidate experiences and cultivating strong relationships between Talent Attraction and other teams.
You will be based in Poznań as part of our Talent Attraction Operations Team. This team is responsible for administrative and organizational part of recruiting processes, working closely with internal Talent Attraction teams located across Europe and EEMA.

Your qualifications and skills

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, preferably in language studies, psychology, administration, or a related field (open to other disciplines as well)
  • 1+ years of relevant work experience, ideally in recruiting or human resources
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with recruiting tools and software is highly desirable
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to independently initiate tasks, manage them through to completion, and handle multiple workstreams effectively
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively as part of a team, including a willingness to step beyond your own responsibilities to support colleagues with urgent deadlines
  • Exceptional prioritization and time management skills, enabling you to thrive in a complex, largely autonomous work environment
  • Adaptability and resilience, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, manage last-minute changes, and remain calm under pressure
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, and maturity in decision-making and problem-solving
  • Ability to work in-person (team schedules and office locations may vary)
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt your style to suit diverse audiences
