Do you want to work on complex and pressing challenges—the kind that bring together curious, ambitious, and determined leaders who strive to become better every day? If this sounds like you, you’ve come to the right place.

Your Impact

As a Specialist on the Contract Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring all contracts are accurately documented, compliant with firm policies, and properly stored.
This includes verifying clear documentation of business rationale, market pricing support, anti-bribery and corruption provisions, purchase-to-pay requirements, and business award recommendations in accordance with established standards.
You will oversee a team of external resources and ensure program success through the development, integration, and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs). In close collaboration with stakeholders across Category Management, Sourcing, Supplier Risk, Legal, Global Finance, and Information Security, you will help execute the Contract Operations roadmap and establish consistent operational standards.
Your role requires identifying process gaps, solving complex operational challenges, and driving continuous improvement. You will refine workflows, develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), and create training materials to support scalable, efficient operations. Additionally, you will manage outsourced service providers to ensure contractual SLAs and KPIs are achieved, while guiding the global Contract Operations team in standardizing and simplifying processes.
You will also lead initiatives to design and implement new support models and processes, ensuring a seamless user experience, successful project delivery, and alignment with organizational priorities. Through strong communication, disciplined process governance, and effective team leadership, you will enhance operational efficiency, strengthen risk management, and uphold financial integrity across the firm.
