YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- 1+ years of corporate and/or professional services experience, preferably in recruiting or human resources
- Strong Microsoft Office skills; experience with recruiting tools and programs is preferred
- Outstanding organizational skills; ability to coordinate multiple streams of work independently
- Demonstrated initiative, judgment, and maturity; discreet, respectful, and caring with confidential information
- Flexibility to deal with ambiguity and last-minute changes; ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to prioritize and look beyond own responsibilities to help team members with urgent deadlines
- Great attention to detail and a solid customer service orientation
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills; ability to build strong relationships
- Ability to work in-person (team schedules and office locations may vary)
- Excellent communication skills

Factors like your office location, your unique blend of experience and skills, start date and our current organizational needs all play a part in determining the final figure.
