YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business) or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in Machine Learning or AI engineering
- Experience working in client-facing roles is a strong advantage
- Strong understanding of data engineering, data science, and GenAI concepts
- Experience with software development and deployment, preferably in Python
- Experience with deployment and infrastructure management, preferably in environments using Docker and Kubernetes
- Ability to address technical issues and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex challenges
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Proactive, client-focused mindset with a passion for delivering value
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese
