YOUR IMPACT
You will join our Latin America Recruiting team, based in Bogotá, with responsibilities centered on diversity and affinity recruiting for the region — with the flexibility to contribute across the full recruiting portfolio as our needs evolve.
As part of this team, you’ll have access to McKinsey’s skills and knowledge that will set you up for success, and you’ll work directly with our recruiting community to shape and execute our diversity recruiting strategy. Our team is agile and flexible: while your primary focus will be affinity recruiting, you will also support experienced-professional and campus recruiting where demand is highest. This makes it an exceptional opportunity to learn broadly, work with many different people across the region, and develop your career quickly.
You will work from our Bogotá office as part of the Latin America Recruiting Team. You’ll partner closely with recruiters across the region, the consultant community, and local leadership, and you’ll work hand in hand with candidates, guiding them through our process. Because our team flexes to meet the firm’s priorities, you’ll collaborate with colleagues across diversity, experienced-professional, and campus recruiting.

We not only encourage diverse perspectives, but they are critical in driving us toward the best possible outcomes.
