YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- U.S. bachelor’s degree required. Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred
- 3+ years of experience as a paralegal in employment law, litigation, contract management, or a related practice area in an Am Law 100 law firm or Fortune 500 corporate legal department
- Extensive experience administering end-to-end contract workflows within modern CLM systems (e.g. DocuSign CLM) and using Microsoft365 applications (e.g. Word, Outlook, Excel, Sharepoint, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams)
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft correspondence and legal documents with precision and clarity
- High interpersonal and collaboration skills within a workplace culture of open feedback and continuous improvement
- Understanding of attorney-client privilege and work-product doctrines, and data protection practices for sensitive data and PHI
- Experience conducting AI-assisted legal research (e.g. HarveyAI)
- Ability to influence stakeholders and peers toward consensus without relying on formal line-management authority
- Proficiency with enterprise data systems preferred (e.g., Box, ServiceNow, Coupa, People Central)
- Preferred experience managing litigation holds, e-discovery, and document review platforms
- Working knowledge of federal and state employment statutes is a strong plus
