We’re committed and driven by our Mission to alleviate pain, restore health, and extend life for millions of people worldwide.As a Senior SAP Consultant, you will lead the development and implementation of application solutions for our business teams and processes within Global Supply Management. You will play a vital role in defining, designing, configuring, and testing key systems across the Procure to Pay/Source to Pay landscape, including Procurement Execution (SAP, Ariba), Strategic Sourcing, New Product Introduction, Data Solutions, and Continuous Improvement. This is a hybrid position based in Bogota.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Collaborate with the Business Relationship Manager (BRM), business stakeholders, and IT Product Owners/Managers to develop business requirements for product or system changes
- Engage with business leaders to understand how strategies and data-driven changes can improve efficiencies and add customer centric value
- Leverage industry and supply management expertise to design effective solutions, drive both short- and long-term improvements, and lead the business agenda throughout the solution delivery process
- Take ownership, lead, and deliver benefits via enhancements and process changes to Global Supply Management programs and initiatives
- Work with data sets to define use cases to improve products, processes, and/or services
- Adjust and recommend enhancements in systems and processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness of job area
- Develop work plans containing milestones and project tasks with the necessary resource requirements to manage successful delivery and integration results
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or information systems
- At least 3 years of relevant experience interacting and configuring Procure to Pay / Source to Pay ERP modules, preferably SAP
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to analyse data and trends to develop recommendations to solve business problems specifically in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, and Materials Management
- Skilled in problem solving, detail oriented, cross-functional collaboration, customer service, process improvement, and communication
- Proficient in systems, software, and technological concepts, with expertise in data analysis tools and data modelling methodologies, and experience in areas beyond core STP, such as Collaboration Portals, Vendor Managed Inventory, and RFQ/RFP/Bidding Events, is preferred
