A Day in the Life
As a Service & Repair Customer Care Representative you will be the primary customer contact for the Service & Repair team across the entire Medtronic product ranges. A customer care position is an excellent career choice if you enjoy problem solving, assisting people, and having a direct influence on your company's bottom line.You will be located in Warsaw, Poland and work in a hybrid model (2 days in the office, 3 as home office).
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Providing administrative/clerical support to colleagues and external customers, answering and processing service requests and service-related questions
- Daily communication via phone and emails. External communication with customers and vendors. Internal communication with Service Engineers, workshop teams and other internal teams
- System administration of service requests in ServiceNow, SAP and Salesforce
- Daily follow-up of open service orders and queries
- Invoicing & Dispute management
- Creation of repair, maintenance and parts sales price quotations including follow-up
- Demonstrating 100% compliance with Quality procedures and training and completing 100% of closed loop process for Service & Repair
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Native in Polish (both spoken and written), very good command of English (B2)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Good command of MS Office
- Ability to resolve customer complaints and issues while maintaining a professional and calm demeanor
- Team player mindset, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, cope with deadlines, manage simultaneously several tasks and maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- 3+ years of relevant experience and the ability to work independently
Experience in a similar environment, along with proficiency in SAP, ServiceNow, or Salesforce, would be advantageous. Additionally, knowledge of Lithuanian or Ukrainian would be an asset.
